Marshmellows

Caster Sugar 900gr
Water 400ml
Gelatine 50gr
Water 200ml
Egg whites 4
Liquid Glucose 30ml

how to:
1.Boil sugar,glucose and 400 ml water,Place lid on and cook for 3 mins
2.Uncover and boil until127c(hard ball)
3.Melt gelatine in 200ml water over a bain marie
4.Whip egg whites and add the syrup mix,whip until stiff
5.Place in greased tray and smooth with palate knife
6.Cut into sqaures and dust in cornflour and icing sugar

Bisa ditambahin extra flavor dengan cara manambahkan fruit liquid atau apapun itu sesuai selera. Jadi kalau mau marshmellows-nya ada rasa2 orangenya bisa pake orange liquid disaat langkah pertama.
