Fish sauce 300ml
vinegar 50ml
lemon juice 100ml
white sugar 150gr
Palm sugar 150gr
red chilli 150gr
green chilli 150gr
garlic 150gr
Roughly chopped chilies, palm sugar and garlic. then putt all ingredients in food processor. Mix until you get the correct consistency and there is not a big chunk of chilli/garlic/palm sugar. season to taste.
