Sweet and Sour sauce

Sweet and Sour sauce

Tomato ketchup 1L
Water 1L
pineapple juice 300ml
Sugar 200gr
Palm sugar 100gr
White vinegar 300ml
Pineapple 1
Mix capsicum 300gr

Method:
1.Mix tomato ketchup, water, pineapple juice, sugar and palm sugar together in one pot, then bring to the boil.
2.Cut capsicum and pineapple into cubes.
3.Sauté the vegetable in different pot.
4.After the sauce boiled, lastly add the vinegar and the vegetables.
